My love of art started at an early age. As a child, I always loved to draw and create, so I began taking art classes around age 5. It was those classes that really opened by eyes to the little details that make up the complexities of art. Throughout life, I have found various ways to express my creativity through different types of art - but painting has always been one of my favorites, even though it has been the most challenging. With every painting, I have learned and developed different methods to create. I have spent the last year using art as a form of therapy, which has not only helped me heal and grow, but I have also started creating some of the pieces I am most proud of.
