I am a self-taught artist born in the Philippines who moved to Shreveport in 1998. Ever since I can remember, visual art has been part of my life. I often describe it as my therapy—an outlet and a powerful way to express my thoughts and emotions.
Around 2010, I began hosting art camps for children, which helped me discover another passion: sharing the joy of creating art with young people. That experience eventually opened the door for me to formally teach art within the school system.
Today, I continue to work as a commissioned artist while also inspiring middle school students through art in the Bossier Parish school system. Through both my personal work and my teaching, I hope to encourage creativity, self-expression, and confidence in others.
